Director shareholding


Following the exercise of warrants attached to the Convertible Loan Notes, Simon
Littlewood, Chief Executive of the Company, has acquired an additional 200,000
shares in the Company, representing 0.26% of the enlarged share capital. Net
proceeds to the company were #10,000.  Following the acquisition, Simon
Littlewood holds 409,641 shares, representing 0.53% of the 77.54 million shares
in issue.  He is a director and shareholder of Temima Investments Ltd and Temima
Ltd, which hold 3,711,398 (4.79%) and 175,000 (0.23%) shares in the Company.
Application has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is
expected on 13 May 2004.
