London Asia, the AIM-listed Greater China focused merchant bank, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Seymour Pierce as Nominated Adviser and Broker to
the Company with immediate effect.

Seymour Pierce is one of the most active advisers and brokers in London and has
acted on over 15 IPOs in the last twelve months, raising over #250m for those
clients. Seymour Pierce provides a full range of broking and corporate advisory
services to over 110 quoted companies in London.
