                             Grant of Share Options 
 
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a). 
 
On 17 September 2010, the Company granted the following approved awards over its 
ordinary shares under Part A of the Luminar Group Holdings 2007 Long-Term 
Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") ("Part A Award") and the following unapproved awards 
of its ordinary shares under Part B of the LTIP ("Part B Award") to Directors of 
the Company.

The exercise price of each Part A Award is 12.25 pence (being the middle market 
price of the ordinary shares the day before the grant of the options) and of 
each Part B Award is 36 pence (being the price of the shares as at 8 March 
2010). 
 
No consideration was paid for the grant of an Award, which is structured as a 
conditional award. 
 
The vesting of an Award is subject to continued employment of the participant 
and the satisfaction of various performance conditions over a five-year 
performance period (save for a condition in relation to Return on Capital 
Employed, which runs for five financial periods) set by the Remuneration 
Committee of the Company.
