                  Application for admission of ordinary shares



Didcot, UK, 26 June 2006: The Company has made an application for the admission
to trading on AIM of 544,791 ordinary shares of 2p each (representing 1.1 per
cent of the Company's current issued share capital). These shares are being
issued following the exercise of options by Mr Stephen Terry.



The shares to be admitted to AIM rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares. It is expected that dealings in these ordinary shares
will commence at 8.00 am on 28 June 2006.
