                        Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
Trading in the shares of the Company was suspended on 21 May 2010, and the 
Company went into administration on 26 October.  The operating business, Betshop 
Group (Europe) Limited,was subsequently sold to Honeymead Services Limited on 27 
October 2010 as announced on that date. 
 
finnCap Limited has resigned as nominated adviser with immediate effect. 
 
Given the Company's shares have been suspended since 21 May 2010, pursuant to 
AIM Rule 41, admission of the ordinary shares will be cancelled with effect from 
8am on Monday 22 November 2010.
