Meeting
St. Petersburg, Russia, 22 November: Lenta IPJSC (LSE: LNTA,
MOEX: LENT), one of the largest multi-format retail chains in
Russia, today announces the holding of the Board of Directors
meeting on 24 November 2022.
The agenda of the meeting: 1. On approval of the resolution on
voluntary liquidation of the Limited Liability Company "Semya
vDobryanka". 2. On resolution for withdrawal from the participants
of the Limited Liability Company "Domoj Dostavim". 3. On approval
of the "Lenta" Group FY 2021 ESG Report.
