    Transaction In Own Shares

    Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that yesterday it purchased 48,350 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 120 pence per ordinary share.  This represents approximately 1.16% of the issued share capital of the
Company. These shares have been purchased in Treasury.

    Accordingly the Company has 7,630,149 ordinary shares in issue of which 88,350 ordinary shares in the Company are now held in Treasury.
