DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

We have received the attached notification from Chelverton informing us of
Chelverton UK Equity Income Fund's holding of 160,000 shares which represents
0.74% of the total issued ordinary share capital of Litho Supplies Plc.

You have already been informed of the holding of 609,800 ordinary shares by the
Small Companies Dividend Trust plc. 

The combined holding of 769,800 shares now represents 3.59% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of Litho Supplies Plc.

Further to your letter of 12 March 2007, I confirm that, as of the 9th March,
Chelverton UK Equity Income Fund held 150,000 ordinary shares; as of today's
date it holds 160,000 ordinary share, having bought a further 10,000 shares on
the 13th March.

On the 9th March Small Companies Dividend Trust plc holds 609,800 ordinary
shares in Litho Supplies.

Both Chelverton UK Equity Income and Small Companies Dividend Trust are managed
by Chelverton Asset Management Limited.
