                     LITHO SUPPLIES Plc ('Litho Supplies')


Further to the announcement on 24 October 2007 confirming the acquisition of the
entire issued share capital of Graphica Plus Limited, Litho Supplies confirms
that it has applied for the admission of 332,147 new ordinary shares to be
admitted for trading as part of the sale consideration.  These consideration
shares are to be issued at a price of 60.21 pence per share, being the average
of the mid-market closing price of the seven business days prior to the date of
completion, and are expected to be admitted for trading on 29 October 2007.
