                               LITHO SUPPLIES Plc


The Board of Litho Supplies Plc ("Litho Supplies" or the "Company") announces
that, as a result of the Company's planned relocation of the central
administration function from Bristol to the Company's head office in Breaston
(Derbyshire), Mr Gerry Mitchell, Finance Director, will leave the business later
this year.

A suitable candidate has been identified by the board and as Mr Mitchell is on a
12 month notice period this will allow sufficient time for there to be an
orderly handover.

The Board would like to thank Gerry for his contribution to Litho Supplies and
wish him every success for the future.
