The Board of Litho Supplies Plc announces that the following options issued
under the Litho Supplies Plc 1993 Executive Share Option Scheme were surrendered
for nil consideration on 28 January 2004:

The surrender of options follows a review of incentives for the senior
executives of the company by the Remuneration Committee with the objective of
achieving enhanced shareholder value.  The revised incentive arrangements are
still under review.
