                     ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING STATEMENT 2004


In my Statement at the beginning of March with the 2003 Annual Report I
mentioned that there were some positive indications that the advertising market
was picking up and that this should be a key factor in creating more
opportunities for the printing industry.  Since then, however, the market for
consumables has remained extremely competitive although orders for electronic
equipment have recently improved.  The latter is a positive indication of some
return of confidence from our customers which should in due course be reflected
in an improving trend in consumable sales.
