Ludorum plc (the "Company")
Application for additional listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of 15,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each (the "Shares"). The Shares will be issued credited
as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares of the Company.
These shares will be allotted to satisfy the exercise of options
under the Ludorum E.M.I. share option scheme.
Admission of the Shares is expected to become effective on 3
November 2011.
