Total Voting Rights
Macromac (AIM:MACC), the AIM quoted company principally engaged
in the business of mobile messaging services and software
solutions, announces that its issued share capital as at the date
of this announcement consists of 101,960,562 ordinary shares of no
par value ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The
Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore
the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights will be
101,960,562.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
