APPOINTMENT OF NEW PROGRAMMES MANAGER

Manroy Plc, ("Manroy" or the "Company"), (AIM:MAN.L), the UK's leading machine gun manufacturer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Bayne as Programmes Manager.

In line with Manroy's business plan, Michael is responsible for strategically developing new business areas by extending Manroy's product range and capability. This will involve supporting future increased levels of business with current and new customers in a greater number of territories as part of the Company's expansion plans.

A specialist product manager with over 30 years' experience in mechanical engineering, technical design and product development, Michael joins Manroy from technology firm QinetiQ Group Plc where he spent 15 years as Programmes, Business Development Manager and Capability Manager of Weapons & EOD in its weapons division.

Prior to this, Michael was Head of Gun Design at Space Research Design in Belgium where he had overall responsibility for technical and commercial negotiations at both national and international levels. Michael has extensive experience with industrial and governmental manufacturers, suppliers and customers.

Commenting on Michael Bayne's appointment, Glyn Bottomley, CEO of Manroy said:
