POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

Manroy Plc, ("Manroy" or the "Company"), (AIM:MAN.L), the UK's leading machine gun manufacturer, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2010 to shareholders.

Included with the Annual Report and Financial Statements is the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 18 March 2011 at the offices of Arbuthnot Securities Limited, Arbuthnot House, 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AR.
