GBP1.6M MOD SPARES CONTRACT
Manroy Plc ("Manroy") (AIM:MAN), the leading UK machine gun
manufacturer, announces that it has signed a further contract with
the UK Ministry of Defence ("MoD") to supply spare parts for the
0.5" calibre Heavy Machine Gun ("HMG"). The contract value is
GBP1.6 million and delivery of the spare parts will commence as
soon as production capacity allows. This is expected to be within
the current financial year ending 30 September 2011.
Glyn Bottomley, Manroy's Chief Executive, said: "I am pleased
that we have secured a further contract with the MoD to continue
the supply of spare parts. This is a valuable win for us and
further demonstrates the strength of our ongoing relationship with
the MoD."
