Mar City (AIM: MAR.L), the London and Midlands focused housebuilder, announces that Michael Brown has today resigned as a non-executive director of the Company having joined the Board in March 2014. Following this resignation and in the context of recent announcements, the Company will be strengthening its Board in the near term with new appointments (both at the finance director and independent non-executive director levels). Further announcements will be made in due course.
