ended 31 December 2008. 
 
 
A copy of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, is 
available on the group's website and will be sent to shareholders in the near 
future. Thereafter, copies of the accounts will be available at the group's 
registered office address: 23 Cathedral Yard, Exeter EX1 1HB. 
 
 
The statutory accounts for the period to 31 December 2008 contained an 
unqualified audit report and will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by
