                            Significant Shareholding


MEM has been notified today that Advance AIM Value Realisation Company Limited
("AIMVARC") has acquired an interest 237,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result of this acquisition, AIMVARC's total holding in the capital of MEM
is 582,500 Ordinary Shares representing 3.86 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
