Medusa has been informed today that as of 10 December 2010 FMR
LLC and FIL Limited were interested in a total of 11,801,544
ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents
approximately 6.27% of the issued share capital of the Company and
an increase in holding of 2,188 118 ordinary shares since the
previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL Limited on 25 November
2010.
