Director's Shareholding

Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or the "Company"), was informed today that Robert Weinberg, Non-Executive Director, has bought 2,500 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company today at an average price of GBP3.342 per share.

Following the purchase of Medusa shares as described above, Mr Weinberg's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 59,975 ordinary shares of no par value, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
