Medusa was informed today that as of 28 March 2012 FMR LLC and FIL are interested in a total of 21,805,480 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 11.54% of the issued share capital of the Company and a decrease in holding of 1,962,429 ordinary shares since the previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL as announced on 5 December 2011.
