The Board of Martin Currie Global
Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on the renewal
date, 25 November 2024, it has repaid in full and closed the
unsecured £10 million sterling term revolving loan facility
agreement with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited
("RBSI").
The Company's debt will therefore
reduce from £10 million to nil.
