Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be
admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading respectively upon
issuance.  The shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Sharesave
Scheme.  The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
