Following the exercise of options over 43,725 ordinary shares at 140.99p per
share, Mr Paul Coster, a director of Minerva plc, has today sold 43,725 shares
at 199p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Coster remains interested in 1,435,857 ordinary 
shares and has options over 527,625 ordinary shares.

The number of ordinary shares in issue in Minerva plc is currently 160,617,565.
