Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 28,106 ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official
List and to be admitted to trading. The shares will be issued in connection with
the Company's Share Option Schemes. The shares shall rank pari passu with the
existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
