The Company announces that it was notified on 2 June 2003 that one of its
directors, R W Stevens had on the same date sold 6,500,000 0.1p ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 2.25p per share. In addition, L J Stevens, the wife
of R W Stevens sold 4,500,000 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
2.25p per share today. R W Stevens now holds 239,000,000 0.1p ordinary shares in
the Company, representing approximately 82.4 per cent. of the issued share
capital. L J Stevens now holds no shares in the Company.
