Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("the Company") announces that it has received
notification that Mr. Robert F. M. Adair, Executive Chairman, Mr David H.
Thomas, Chief Executive Officer and Mr Alasdair N. Robinson, Company Secretary
have purchased ordinary shares in the Company, further details of which are set
out below.
