1. 2,974,465 ordinary shares havebeen transferred from trusts for
   the benefit, or the contingent benefit, of Mr R F M Adair to Skye 
   Investments Limited;


2. R F M Adair, a Director of the Company, has a controlling interest in 
   Skye Investments Limited;


3. The Company currently has 62,596,485 Ordinary Shares in
   issue. This is before taking account the 6,250,000 Ordinary Shares which are
   expected to be issued in respect of the Placing which was announced on 5
   February 2004.
