Statement Regarding Suspension

Management Resource Solutions Plc (the "Company") is currently preparing its consolidated accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 and the audit process has revealed a number of operational and financial matters that require review. Whilst these are being investigated, the Company has requested that its ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each be suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect pending clarification of its financial position.

A further announcement regarding the Company's current trading and operations will be made once the board and auditors have concluded their investigation.
