Notice of General Meeting & Investor Presentation

General Meeting

Management Resource Solutions Plc, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, announces that it will hold a General Meeting of the Company at 11.00 a.m. AEST on 18 April 2019 at 2/2 Market Street, Newcastle, NSW 2300, Australia.

The Company has today posted to shareholders a circular containing the Notice of the General Meeting, where a special resolution will be proposed to empower the directors to issue shares for cash, in certain circumstances, without being required to apply the pre-emption rights contained in the Companies Act 2006. Such a resolution was proposed but not passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 18 January 2019 and the directors are again seeking this approval to provide flexibility and to allow the Company to settle certain fee invoices in shares, as it has successfully done in the past to the benefit of its cashflow. Investor Presentation

Further to the Group's Half Year Results announcement issued on 28 February 2019, management will host a presentation for investors at 14:00 BST on 2 May 2019 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.
