Share Purchase by Non-Executive Chairman

Management Resource Solutions Plc, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, was today notified that its Non-Executive Chairman, John Zorbas, has purchased 4,450,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 2.48p pence per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Zorbas has an interest in a total of 11,019,080 Shares, representing approximately 5.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Moreover, John Zorbas is the CEO of Uru Metals Limited who currently own 8.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
