                                 Trading Update


                      12 Months ended 30th September 2006

Mediasurface plc, the AIM listed Web Content Management Software Author and
Vendor expects to report revenues of #9.6m  for the financial year ended 30th
September 2006. Major contract wins during this period included such clients as:

Newstar Asset Management
UCAS
Department for Transport
ODPM
Simplyhealth
A major global pharmaceutical company

During this period revenue increased by 41% compared to the corresponding period
last year. Subject to audit, the Board  therefore expects to report revenues and
PBT in line with market expectations.

The Company has started the current financial year well and has a healthy sales
pipeline for FY07. We are delighted to announce the first contract win for the
new financial year for the internet site of a major government department. The
contract is worth #500,000, which includes Morello - Mediasurface's
enterprise-level Web Content Management software - consulting and support.


The Company anticipates announcing its results for the year ended 30th September
2006 on 9th January 2007.
