The Exchange Procedure in respect of Ordinary shares in the capital of Marwyn Value Investors Limited for investors was cancelled following the passing of the special resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Marwyn Value Investors Limited, held on 19 November 2013.

Please be advised that the next available Exchange Date in respect of 'B' Ordinary and 'B' Exchange shares in the capital of Marwyn Value Investors Limited is 17 July 2014.

The latest date for entering a request to exchange, together with required supporting documentation, is no later than 11.00am on 27 June 2014.

Any share certificate(s) in respect of 'B' Ordinary and/or 'B' Exchange shares held in certificated form and sought to be converted pursuant to the Exchange Procedure on the next Exchange Date shall be delivered to the Registrar by the Investor, at least 7 Dealing Days prior to the next Exchange Date, this date being 8 July 2014.

If the above documentation, depository interests and/or share certificates are not received by the respective parties by the dates specified above, the exchange will not be completed. Unless otherwise stated by the Investor, the exchange request will be rolled to the following exchange date upon receipt of all requested items.
