Maxima Holdings plc has issued 1,064 shares as a result of the exercise of
options under the SAYE scheme. Application has been made for the new shares to
be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 24 September 2007.
Following admission the Company has an issued share capital of 24,916,869.
