    Maxima Holdings plc has issued 90,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company under the Company's approved EMI Share Option Scheme. 
Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 31st October 2008. Following
admission the Company has an issued share capital of 25,099,694.
