Maxima Holdings plc has issued 161,708 ordinary 1p shares in the Company under 
the earn out provisions of the sale and purchase agreement relating to the 
acquisition of Centric Networks dated 19th July 2007.  Application has been made 
for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place 
on 7 April 2009. Following admission the Company has an issued share capital of
