February 2010, representing 0.05% of the ordinary shares of the Company in issue 
and now holds 60,272 (0.24%) in total. 
 
David Memory purchased 8,588 ordinary shares at 81.5p per share on 2 February 
2010, representing 0.03% of the ordinary shares of the Company in issue and now 
holds 56,588 (0.22%) in total.
