MAXIMA RNS RELEASE:
    Maxima Holdings plc
 (AIM:MXM)

Maxima strengthens alignment with
                           Microsoft and Citrix

Maxima Holdings plc (AIM: MXM), the IT business systems and managed services
company, has strengthened its alignment with some of the industry's largest and
most influential technology partners by securing further specialist
accreditation with Microsoft and Citrix. Maxima differentiates itself from its
competitors by concentrating on a limited number of sectors and propositions.
These latest advanced vendor accreditations support the company's ability to
meet increasing demand for virtualisation and on-demand cloud-based services,
and strengthen its provision of Microsoft Dynamics AX/CRM solutions for
organisations primarily in the Construction, Manufacturing and Services
industries.

MAXcel business apps meet highest Microsoft standard for partner-developed
solutions
Maxima's next generation MAXcel suite of specialist integrated business apps is
now Certified for Microsoft Dynamics - Microsoft's highest standard for
partner-based software. This certification again confirms Maxima and MAXcel as
the right choice for organisations in the contract management, service
management and manufacturing sectors that are looking to deploy Microsoft
technologies at the heart of their business.

Strengthens end-to-end virtualisation capability with highest levels of
Citrix accreditation
As part of its drive to help customers speed the adoption of highly available
and scalable virtual desktop solutions, Maxima has also extended its
comprehensive virtualisation and cloud computing capability by securing Citrix
Solution Advisor Gold and Platinum status for the UK and Ireland. The provision
of virtualisation services is one of Maxima's four key strategic growth areas,
and the company is working closely with major partners such as Citrix and
Microsoft to bring major virtualisation benefits to organisations across the UK
and Ireland.

Maxima Chief Executive Officer Graham Kingsmill commented: "Over the last
year we've successfully strengthened our integrated product and services
propositions, and these latest accreditations leave us ideally placed to support
our customers, whether they're looking to deploy their IT solutions on premise
or if they choose to adopt a cloud approach and select a hosted solution with
their applications running on virtualised IT platforms. Maxima is one of the
few cloud specialists able to offer a full, end-to-end virtualisation approach.
Securing these advanced accreditations is an important part of this drive, and
is already proving invaluable in helping us to secure recent major Citrix and
Microsoft orders across both the UK and Ireland."
