Update
Further to the announcement released
on 8 November 2024, the Board of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund
Limited (the "Company") confirms the new ISIN for the NBDX shares
as GG00BPNZ1C58 and for NBDG shares as GG00BPNZ1D65 (the "new
ISINs").
As previously disclosed, the
redemption of the NBDX and NBDG shares (the "Redemption") will be
effected pro rata to holdings of NBDX and NBDG shares respectively
on the register at the close of business on 26 November 2024 (the
"Redemption Date"), being the record date for the
Redemption.
The shares will be disabled in CREST
on the Redemption Date and the existing ISIN numbers,
GG00BR88RQ95 for the NBDX shares and
GG00BNTXRB08 for the NBDG shares (the "old ISIN") will
expire.
The new ISINs, GG00BPNZ1C58 and
GG00BPNZ1D65, in respect of the remaining shares which have not
been redeemed will be enabled and available for transactions on 27
November 2024 (the "Ex-Date"). For the period up to and including
the Redemption Date, shares will be traded under the old ISIN and
as such, a purchaser of such shares may have a market claim for a
proportion of the redemption proceeds following the activation of
the new ISIN. CREST will automatically transfer any open
transactions as at the Redemption Date to the new ISIN. The NBDX
and NBDG shares will commence trading without entitlement to the
capital distribution on the Ex-Date.
