17 March 2009 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 16 
March 2009 that as at close of business on 16 March 2009 Franklin Templeton 
Investments had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in 
Franklin Templeton Investments holding a total of 6,104,900 ordinary shares 
representing approximately 5.09% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
As at 16 March 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
