Friday, 8 May 2009 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), the independent global 
online payments business, advises that it has published its 2008 annual report 
and that copies have been posted to the Company's shareholders together with a 
Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM).  The AGM is convened to be held at 11.30 
a.m. on 17 June 2009 at the Claremont Hotel, Douglas, Isle of Man.
