Thursday 17 February 2011 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 16 February 2011 that as at 15 February 2011, Mn Services N.V. no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares or voting rights of the Company.

As at 16 February 2011, the Company had a total of 125,288,331 Ordinary Shares in issue each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 125,288,331.
