Directorate Change 
 
The Board of Northern Foods plc ("Northern Foods" or "the Company") today 
announces that Simon Herrick, Group Finance Director since January 2010 and 
Acting Chief Executive Officer from November 2010 to April 2011, will be 
leaving the Company following the successful sale of Northern Foods to BH 
Acquisitions Limited ("Boparan"). 
 
Simon, who joined Northern Foods from Kesa Electricals plc, where he was Group 
Finance Director, will leave Northern Foods at a date to be determined. 
 
A further announcement will be made once his effective date of leaving has been 
confirmed.
