Natasa announces that, following the disposal of 33,823,113 ordinary shares in 
Kryso Resources plc ("Kryso") at a price of 15p per share on 26 October 2010, it 
no longer holds any interest in the ordinary shares in Kryso and accordingly 
ceases to hold a discloseable interest in Kryso.
