Quarterly Activities Report for the period to 31 March 2011
Management continued to pursue substantial mineral
exploration/development investments and a number of opportunities
were investigated, including a diamond operation in South Africa, a
nickel project in Zimbabwe and a copper exploration venture in
Chile.
Subsequent to the quarter's end, a subsidiary of the Company
acquired a 12 months option over the issued capital of a Papua New
Guinea company which has been granted a number of Petroleum
Prospecting Licences, and has applied for others, in that
country.
The Company has funds in excess of US$50 million available for
investment in appropriate mineral properties.
