Dividend Declaration
Northacre is pleased to announce that the directors of the
Company are recommending a payment of a special dividend
(representing an interim dividend for the current financial year)
of 40p per ordinary share to be paid on 22 July 2013. The record
date for this payment will be 12 July 2013 and the ex-dividend date
will be 10 July 2013.
