Planning Permission Approved for Development of 1.7 acre Ten
Broadway Site,
Formerly New Scotland Yard Headquarters
Northacre PLC is delighted to announce the Planning Committee of
Westminster City Council has granted planning permission, subject
to signing a Section 106 agreement, for the redevelopment of the
Headquarters of New Scotland Yard, a site known as Ten Broadway.
The development is an exciting opportunity to create a contemporary
Westminster destination. It will provide exceptional residential,
office and retail space and a generous new public sphere linking
Victoria Street with Broadway and Dacre Street to the north.

square feet, nestled between the historic attractions of Parliament
