has made the following acquisitions of shares in the Company:

The resulting interest of Sun Life Pensions Management Limited is now 2,307,158
ordinary shares, representing 28.9 per cent. of the issued share capital.


In addition, OEM has been notified by both St. James Corporate Services Limited
and Solitaire Nominees Limited that neither has a notifiable interest in the
issued share capital of the Company.
